THE PAYMENT PLAYBOOK

Prize tickets and non-cash units

A prize unit can have a specific set of uses. Read those uses before assuming it is another entry balance.

A familiar label is not a universal rule

Ticket, credit, cash, and coin labels can mean different things across products. Define the unit using the current operator terms rather than a generic glossary or another platform’s help article.

Follow the conversion boundary

Thrillzz’s official rules distinguish Prize Tickets from Thrillzz Sweeps and restrict direct conversion between them. The practical lesson is to trace the permitted path explicitly: entry, result, eligible prize unit, request.

Read the prize itself

If an operator offers a non-cash prize, examine its own conditions, delivery route, expiry, and permitted use. Do not assume gift cards or retailer options exist unless they appear in the current operator’s catalog.

Keep codes private

Treat any delivered prize code as sensitive. Do not put it in a review, support screenshot shared publicly, or a message from an unverified account. Use the official provider’s help route for a delivery problem.

Your quick checklist

  • Name the balance accurately.
  • Check permitted conversion or use.
  • Read the selected prize conditions.
  • Keep delivery codes out of public posts.
