KNOW THE PROCESS

From settled pick to prize request

Settlement, eligibility, approval, and delivery are different stages. Keep each one visible when researching a prize request.

Start with the settled balance

An event finishing does not itself establish the status of every market. Check whether the selection has settled, which balance received the result, and whether that balance is eligible for a prize request under the applicable rules.

Read thresholds and qualification

Find the minimum, limits, fees, qualifying conditions, and available methods for your own account. A promotional balance may be visible before every requirement is complete. Another player’s screenshot is not proof that your account qualifies for the same route.

Use secure verification

Submit identity information only through the official secure operator flow. This directory never needs identity documents, bank numbers, passwords, or one-time codes. If an unexpected request arrives, verify it using the operator’s known support channel.

Track approval separately from delivery

Record the request reference and approximate dates of submission, approval, and arrival. A stated processing window may cover only one stage. Ask support which stage is pending rather than assuming a general “fast” label is a deadline.
